If you are unable to attend for any reason you may send a substitute at no extra cost.

If you are unable to arrange a substitute, and you book for the same event when next scheduled, you will be liable for a payment of £50 per course day (to cover venue costs etc).

If you cannot arrange a substitute and:-

1. cancel more than 3 weeks prior to the event you will be liable for a payment of £50 per course day.
2. cancel between 2-3 weeks prior to the event you will be liable for a payment of £100 per course day
3. cancel between 1-2 weeks prior to the event you will be liable for a payment of £150 per course day.
4. cancel within a week of the event full payment is due.
